freshhouseclean provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Regular house cleaning and maintenance
- Deep cleaning and sanitization
- Post-construction cleanup
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Office and commercial space cleaning
- Specialized cleaning services upon request
All services are performed by trained and insured cleaning professionals using professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products. We operate Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and serve customers throughout Talisay City, Cebu, and surrounding areas.
3. User Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible cleaning service, customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements
- Ensure easy access to the cleaning location at scheduled times
- Remove or secure valuable items, fragile objects, and personal documents
- Notify us of any special cleaning requirements or restrictions in advance
- Provide necessary utilities (electricity, water) for cleaning equipment
- Treat our cleaning staff with respect and professionalism
- Report any concerns or issues within 24 hours of service completion
Customers are responsible for ensuring that children and pets are secured during cleaning activities for their safety and the efficiency of our service.
4. Payment and Billing Terms
Payment terms and conditions:
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards
- Recurring service customers may set up automatic payment arrangements
- All prices are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include applicable taxes
- Additional services or time beyond the quoted scope will be billed at standard rates
- Service fees may vary based on property size, condition, and specific requirements
Recurring customers receive preferential scheduling and may qualify for volume discounts. Payment confirmations and receipts are provided for all transactions.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy:
- 24-hour advance notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
- Recurring service cancellations require 48-hour notice
- We reserve the right to reschedule in case of emergencies or severe weather
- No-shows (when staff arrives and no one is available) will be charged the full service fee
- Emergency cancellations due to illness or urgent situations will be handled case-by-case

- We are not responsible for damage to delicate, antique, or valuable items
- Loss or damage due to flooding, fire, or other acts of nature is excluded
- We reserve the right to refuse service on items we believe may be damaged
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with supporting documentation and photographs when possible.
